Event Space Rental Agreement
This Event Space Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 4th day of November, 2050, by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address] (“Lessor”), and Jean Harris, representing GazeGuru, located at Columbus, OH 43215 (“Lessee”).
The Lessor and Lessee may collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”
I. Description of Premises
The Lessor hereby agrees to rent to the Lessee the event space located at 123 Event Plaza, Columbus, OH 43215 (the “Premises”), under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
II. Rental Period
The rental period will commence on January 15, 2051, and will terminate on January 16, 2051. The Lessee agrees to vacate the Premises by the termination date unless an extension is agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
III. Rental Fee
The total rental fee for the Premises is $2,000. The payment schedule is as follows:

VII. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the Lessee, the following terms apply:

X. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
