Free Storage Space Rental Agreement

This Storage Space Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of November 2050, by and between [Your Company Name], with an address at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”), and Etha Lehner, whose email is etha@you.mail and whose address is Cleveland, OH 44101 (hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”).

I. Premises

The Lessor hereby agrees to rent to the Tenant the storage space located at 123 Storage Lane, Cleveland, OH 44101, which consists of 100 square feet (the “Premises”).

II. Term

The term of this Agreement shall commence on November 1, 2050, and shall continue until October 31, 2051, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

III. Rent

The Tenant agrees to pay the Lessor rent for the Premises as follows:

IV. Security Deposit

The Lessor shall maintain the structural integrity of the building and ensure that the Premises are in good repair. The Tenant is responsible for keeping the Premises clean and free of debris. Any repairs needed due to the Tenant’s negligence or misuse shall be the responsibility of the Tenant.

VII. Insurance

The Tenant is encouraged to obtain insurance for their stored property. The Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Tenant's property stored in the Premises.

VIII. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Tenant shall vacate the Premises, remove all personal property, and return the keys to the Lessor.

IX. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.

X. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
