Free Vacation Rental Agreement

II. Payment Terms

2. Final Payment: The remaining balance of $1,600.00 is due November 15, 2050.

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

III. Security Deposit

A security deposit of $500.00 is required. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided there are no damages to the Property and all terms of this Agreement have been fulfilled.

IV. Cancellation Policy
