Sales Representation Agreement

1. Appointment of Sales Representative
Company hereby appoints a Sales Representative as its non-exclusive independent sales representative for the sale of its widgets within the territory of [Territory].
2. Responsibilities of Sales Representative
The Sales Representative agrees to use best efforts to promote and sell the Company's widgets within the designated territory.
Sales Representative shall maintain proper records of all sales activities, including customer contacts, orders, and any other relevant information.
Sales Representative shall professionally represent the Company and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Compensation

6. Governing Law

7. Entire Agreement
