Free Interior Design Supply Agreement

This Interior Design Supply Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], ("Effective Date") by and between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Interior Design Company," and [Supplier's Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier."

(collectively referred to as the "Supplies"), as further detailed in this Agreement.

2. Delivery and Acceptance

The Supplier agrees to deliver the Supplies to the Interior Design Company's designated location as specified by the Interior Design Company. The Interior Design Company shall inspect the Supplies within [Number] days of delivery. If the Supplies are damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory, the Interior Design Company shall promptly notify the Supplier, and the Supplier shall replace the damaged or unsatisfactory Supplies at no additional cost.
