Free Recruitment Service Level Agreement

I. Introduction

This Recruitment Service Level Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the 12th day of December, 2050, by and between:

BrandVibe, a company organized under the laws of Wisconsin, with its principal office at Milwaukee, WI 53202, (hereinafter "Client"), and

[Your Company Name], a company organized under the laws of Wisconsin, with its principal office at [Your Company Address], (hereinafter "Service Provider").

II. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the recruitment services to be provided by [Your Company Name] to BrandVibe. The Service Provider will ensure the timely and efficient hiring of candidates based on the Client’s recruitment needs.

III. Scope of Services

A. General Services

1. Job analysis, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

2. Presentation of qualified candidates for Client’s review.

3. Coordination of interviews and offer negotiations.

B. Service Levels

1. Time to Fill: Provide five qualified candidates within four weeks of the job request.

2. Candidate Quality: At least 70% of candidates should meet minimum qualifications.

IV. Fees and Payment

A. Fees

1. Monthly fixed fee of $10,000.

2. Placement fee of 15% of first-year salary for each candidate hired.

B. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.

V. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential during and after the term of this Agreement.

VI. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

VII. Term and Termination

A. Term

This Agreement begins on January 1, 2050, for a duration of two (2) years.

B. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason.
