Free Mon customer journey map
This template is a "mon_customer journey map" by mon venture lab, designed to meticulously track the customer's journey through six key stages, written in Spanish. The top section presents six numbered and color-coded "Phases": "#1 conciencia (awareness - orange)," "#2 consideración (consideration - teal)," "#3 decisión (decision - red)," "#4 compra (purchase - yellow)," "#5 fidelización (loyalty - green)," and "#6 promoción (promotion - pink)."
