JOB PERFORMANCE WARNING LETTER
Dear Dexter,
Good day!
The company has been monitoring your performance for the last 2 months and it has shown a consistent failure on your part to meet the required targets which were set for you. Despite regular coaching and mentoring, we have noticed that your performance is not improving.
Your output remains 60 percent below the average employee’s output. We will continue to monitor your performance for the following months, and if you don’t demonstrate any progress or improvement, we will have to terminate your employment. If there are any problems on your part that you would like to address, feel free to communicate them to me or to your immediate supervisor.
We advise you to take this matter seriously. We will place a copy of this letter in your official personnel file.
