- Keep your data organized in one or more spreadsheets as needed
Find out whether or not you would be able to highlight key data with the use of charts. Most spreadsheets applications such as Microsoft Excel can generate charts automatically once you have your data organized as needed. The introduction usually includes three sub parts. You have to summarize the purpose of the analysis first and the data being analyzed. - Make four sections in the body of the analysis
