Dear Sarah Johnson,

I am writing this letter to discuss the problems that have been noticed in your recent performance as a Human Resources representative. As an integral part of our team at Maxor Hotel, we must maintain professionalism and efficiency in all our tasks.

Within the past few months, we have noticed recurring issues related to your performance. These include constant delays in responding to inquiries, which has negatively affected our workflow, and unmet deadlines for completing HR tasks. Furthermore, there have been several instances where your administration of employee benefits has lacked the accuracy and efficiency that we require in our HR department.

This is an official Complaint Letter to express our concerns about your Employee's Poor Performance in the HR department. We believe in your capacity to improve your work performance. We invite you to a meeting on December 10, 2050, to discuss potential solutions and improvements that can be made.

This letter is not meant to penalize you in any way, but rather to emphasize the importance of your role within our organization and to support you in achieving the required performance standards.

Closing,

Chris Riddle
