CANDIDATE REFERRAL AGREEMENT
Introduction
Parties:
This Candidate Referral Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Company Name], with its principal place of business at [Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), and [Your Name], residing at [Your Address], email address [Your Email], and phone number [Your Phone Number] (hereinafter referred to as "Referrer").
Purpose:
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the Referrer may refer candidates for employment opportunities at the Company.
Referral Terms
Referral Criteria:
The Referrer may refer individuals as candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements specified by the Company for open positions.
Referral Process:
The Referrer shall submit candidate referrals to the Company by providing the candidate's name, contact information, and résumé through the designated referral channel. The Referrer may also include any relevant additional information.
Compensation:
For each successful candidate referral who is hired by the Company and successfully completes the probationary period, the Company will compensate the Referrer with a referral bonus of $500 per referred candidate.
Candidate Evaluation

The Company will evaluate referred candidates based on its standard hiring criteria and selection process.
Final Decision:
The Company retains the sole and final decision-making authority regarding the hiring of referred candidates.
Confidentiality

Termination of Agreement

Governing Law
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
Entire Agreement
Entire Agreement Clause:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement shall be made in writing and signed by both parties.
