Free Referral Fee Agreement

This BUSINESS REFERRAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") made and entered into this [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [YOUR NAME] (hereinafter referred to as "Referrer"), and [RECIPIENT NAME] (hereinafter referred to as "Recipient").

1. REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS

In consideration of the mutual covenants in this Agreement, the Referrer agrees to refer potential clients or customers ('Referrals') to the Recipient. The Recipient agrees to pay a referral fee to the Referrer for these Referrals following the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. REFERRAL FEES
