II. Service Standards

Financial reports shall be furnished as per the following timeline: Monthly reports within 15 business days; Quarterly within 20 business days; Annual within 45 business days post the closing period.

The Service Provider guarantees compliance with all relevant financial reporting laws and regulations.

III. Service Procedures

Financial reports shall be prepared by qualified personnel and undergo rigorous review for accuracy and completeness.

Financial reports shall be electronically disseminated to the Client, with provisions for secure access to sensitive financial data.

IV. Confidentiality

The Service Provider shall implement robust security measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of the Client's financial data.

V. Performance Review and Monitoring

The effectiveness of financial reporting services shall be periodically reviewed for continuous improvement.

Regular performance reports detailing compliance with the SLA standards shall be provided to the Client.

VI. Service Evaluation

The Client shall promptly report any concerns or discrepancies in the financial reports to the Service Provider.

The Service Provider shall undertake necessary corrective measures within a mutually agreed time frame.

VII. Amendments and Termination
