Termination

The Company values the collaborative partnership with each employee and understands that professional relationships may evolve over time. The following provisions delineate the terms and conditions governing the termination of this agreement to ensure transparency, fairness, and mutual respect:

  1. Voluntary Termination by Employee: Should the Employee wish to conclude their tenure at the Company, they are required to provide a thirty (30) day written notice. This duration aids in ensuring a smooth transition, wherein the Employee will assist in handing over their responsibilities and completing any outstanding tasks.

  1. Termination by The Company

    • If the Employee exhibits behaviors or actions detrimental to the company, including but not limited to misconduct, violation of company policies, or failure to meet performance standards, the Company reserves the right to terminate the employment immediately, without notice. In such cases, the Employee will be compensated up to the last day of work.

    • In situations where organizational changes or other business-driven decisions necessitate termination without cause, the Employee will be provided with a thirty (30) day written notice or pay in lieu of notice.

  1.  Severance Package: In the event of a termination without cause, the Employee will be entitled to a severance package based on their tenure with the Company. Details of this package, which may include compensation, benefits continuation, and outplacement services, will be discussed individually.

  1. Return of Company Property: Upon termination, the Employee agrees to promptly return all company property, including but not limited to, electronic devices, access cards, documents, and any other items provided during the course of employment.

  1. Post-Termination Obligations: Any obligations related to confidentiality, non-solicitation, and non-competition, as agreed upon in this contract or any other agreements, will continue to be in effect post-termination, as per the stipulated durations.

Confidentiality

The Employee, in recognizing the sensitive nature of the business, solemnly agrees not to disclose, share, or disseminate any proprietary or confidential information related to the Company, both during their term of employment and following any eventual termination or conclusion of their professional relationship with the Company.


Governing Law

This Agreement, including all its stipulations, conditions, and clauses, shall be interpreted, governed by, and construed in strict accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations of [Jurisdiction/State].

Entire Agreement
