Employee's Obligations
The Employee agrees to:

Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the Marketing Strategy Workshop.
Confidentiality
The Employee acknowledges that during the Marketing Strategy Workshop, they may have access to confidential marketing strategies and company data and agrees not to disclose such information to unauthorized parties.
Reimbursement (if applicable)
In the event of voluntary or involuntary termination of employment within six months of completing the Marketing Strategy Workshop, the Employee may be required to reimburse the Employer for training expenses, as specified in a separate reimbursement agreement.
Termination or Withdrawal
Either party may terminate or withdraw from the Marketing Strategy Workshop in accordance with the Company's policies, with consequences as specified in those policies.
Intellectual Property (if applicable)
