Employee Mentorship Agreement

This Employee Mentorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this [Effective Date], by and between:

PURPOSE OF MENTORSHIP

MENTORSHIP MEETINGS

TERMINATION

Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the other Party. Termination will not create any obligations for either Party to continue the Mentorship beyond the termination date. The Parties acknowledge that circumstances may change, and it is important to maintain a flexible approach to the Mentorship.

AMENDMENTS

Any changes or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties. This includes modifications to the duration of the Mentorship, the frequency of meetings, or any other terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW
