Marketing Event Sponsorship Agreement

This Marketing Event Sponsorship Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on October 1, 2050, by and between:

Sponsorship Benefits:

In consideration of the sponsorship fee, the Event Organizer agrees to provide the following benefits to the Sponsor:

Logo Placement	The Sponsor's logo will be prominently displayed on all event promotional materials, including but not limited to flyers, banners, websites, and social media channels.
Booth/Exhibition Space	The Sponsor will receive a 10' by 10' booth space at the event venue to showcase products/services.
Mentions	The Sponsor will be mentioned in event press releases, advertisements, and official event announcements.
Social Media Promotion	The Event Organizer will promote the Sponsor on its social media platforms before and during the event.
Tickets/Access	The Sponsor will receive 10 complimentary tickets/access passes to the event.
Exclusive Rights	The Sponsor will have exclusive rights to promote their latest product, the "Tech Innovator 5000," during the event.

Payment Terms:

The Sponsor agrees to pay the sponsorship fee as follows:

• 50% upon signing this Agreement, totaling $10,000, to be paid by check to the Event Organizer's designated account.

• 50% two weeks before the event, totaling $10,000, to be paid by bank transfer to the Event Organizer's designated account.

Cancellation And Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing with 30 days' notice. In the event of cancellation, any payments made by the Sponsor will be non-refundable.

Intellectual Property:

The Sponsor grants the Event Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for promotional purposes related to the event.

Indemnification:

The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold the Event Organizer harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of the Sponsor's participation in the event.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of this sponsorship confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York City.
