2. SPONSORSHIP COMMITMENT

4. DURATION AND TERMINATION

The scope of confidential information covered under this clause includes but is not limited to trade secrets, financial data, business strategies, proprietary technologies, and any other information marked or reasonably understood as confidential.

5.2 Exceptions

Exceptions to the confidentiality obligation may apply in circumstances where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or court order. Additionally, information already in the public domain or independently developed by either Party without reliance on the other Party's confidential information shall not be subject to this confidentiality clause.
