Free Vacation Rental Agreement

This Vacation Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Property Owner Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," and [Guest Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Guest," collectively referred to as the "Parties," for the rental of the vacation property located at [Property Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Property."

1. RENTAL PERIOD

The Owner agrees to rent the Property to the Guest for the duration specified herein, commencing on the 7th day of February 2050 at 1:00 PM and concluding on the 20th day of February 2050 at 6:00 PM.

2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

The individual who is identified as the Guest is obliged to secure their booking for the property by remitting the relevant rental fee in its entirety, and is expected to do this in advance of their stay.

The total rental rate for the agreed-upon period is [Total Rental Amount], payable as follows:

• Initial Deposit: [Deposit Amount] due upon booking to secure the reservation.

• Payment Method: Payments shall be made via Bank Transfer.

3. HOUSE RULES

The Guest agrees to abide by all house rules provided by the Owner, including but not limited to:

• Maximum occupancy: 2

• No smoking policy

• Pet Policy

• Noise restrictions

• Use of amenities and facilities

4. LIABILITY PROVISIONS

4.1 The Guest shall be held responsible for all damages to the Property and its contents during the Term of this Agreement unless such damage is proven to be due to the Owner's negligence.

4.2 The Owner shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on the Property during the Guest's stay.

5. CANCELLATION

The Guest may cancel the reservation, subject to certain conditions and penalties. If the reservation is canceled less than the stated period before the check-in date, the Guest will forfeit the full rental amount, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

In the event of a dispute between the Guest and the Owner, both parties agree to submit to arbitration. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Property is located.

7. SIGNATURES

By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to the terms, conditions, and stipulations outlined in this Vacation Rental Agreement.
