Free Spa Rental Agreement

This Spa Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Company Name], a company duly registered under the laws of [Your Company Location], having its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], ("Owner") and [Renter's Name], an individual residing at [Renter's Address], ("Renter"), collectively referred to as the "Parties", effective as of [Date].

1. Rental Property

1.1 Owner hereby agrees to rent to Renter, and Renter hereby agrees to rent from Owner, the spa facilities located at [Your Company Address], including all fixtures, furnishings, and equipment necessary for the operation of the spa ("Rental Property").

2. Rental Period

2.1 The rental period shall commence on [Start Date] at [Start Time] and shall terminate on [End Date] at [End Time] ("Rental Period"). Renter shall vacate the Rental Property by the end of the Rental Period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Owner.

3. Rental Fee

3.1 Renter shall pay a total rental fee of $3,200 for the Rental Period. The rental fee shall be paid in full at the time of signing this Agreement. Payment shall be made by Bank Transfer, and all payments shall be made in Dollars.

3.2 In the event that the Rental Period is extended beyond the initial term, Renter shall pay an additional rental fee of $100 per day for each additional day of rental.

4. Use of Rental Property

4.1 Renter shall use the Rental Property solely for the purpose of operating a spa and providing spa services to Renter's clients ("Purpose of Rental"). Renter shall not use the Rental Property for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4.2 Renter shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances while using the Rental Property, including but not limited to health and safety regulations, zoning laws, and licensing requirements.

4.3 Renter shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required for the operation of the spa at the Rental Property.

4.4 Renter shall be responsible for maintaining the Rental Property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times during the Rental Period.

5. Security Deposit

5.1 Renter shall provide a security deposit in the amount of $5,000 to Owner upon signing this Agreement. The security deposit shall be held by Owner as security for the performance of Renter's obligations under this Agreement.

5.2 The security deposit shall be returned to Renter within 30 days after the end of the Rental Period, less any deductions for damages to the Rental Property beyond normal wear and tear, cleaning fees, or unpaid rental fees, if applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 In the event that Renter cancels the reservation, the rental fee shall be refunded as follows:

• 30 days or more prior to the start of the Rental Period: Full refund

• Less than 15 days prior to the start of the Rental Period: No refund

6.2 Owner reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time upon written notice to Renter. In the event of cancellation by Owner, Owner shall refund any prepaid rental fees to Renter.

7. Indemnification

7.1 Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to Renter's use of the Rental Property, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or violations of law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [County], [State].

9. Entire Agreement

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
