These tasks include but are not limited to dusting all surfaces, including shelves and equipment tops, thorough mopping of floors using appropriate cleaning agents, vacuuming carpeted areas to remove debris and allergens, sanitizing gym equipment and high-touch surfaces, ensuring the replenishment of essential supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning agents, and the proper disposal of trash and waste materials in designated receptacles. By meticulously addressing these tasks, the Cleaning Service Provider contributes to creating a clean, safe, and pleasant environment conducive to the Gym's operational objectives and member satisfaction.

2.1.4 Supplies and Equipment: The Cleaning Service Provider shall be responsible for providing all necessary cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment essential for the effective execution of the cleaning services, unless otherwise stipulated and agreed upon in writing by both Parties. This includes but is not limited to cleaning solutions, disinfectants, mops, buckets, vacuum cleaners, microfiber cloths, gloves, and other specialized equipment required to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and to industry standards. 3. Payment Terms

5. Dispute Resolution

6. Termination
