Free Cleaning Service Agreement

This Cleaning Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the 12th day of March, 2065, by and between:

Parties

Service Provider: Clean Inc., with its principal place of business at Chico, CA 95973, "Service Provider".

Client: Franz Davis, residing or operating at San Francisco, CA 94102, "Client".

Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider agrees to perform cleaning services for the Client.

Scope of Services

Description of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide cleaning services, which include but are not limited to the following:

• General cleaning and dusting of areas specified by the Client.

• Vacuuming and mopping of floors.

• Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens.

• Trash removal and disposal.

Location

The cleaning services will be performed at the following location: San Francisco, CA 94102.

Schedule

The services will be provided on the following days and times: three times a week at 1-2 pm.

Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the sum of $1,250.00 per cleaning session. Payment will be due upon completion of each cleaning session unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date set forth above and shall continue until terminated by either party upon not less than thirty (30) days' written notice.

Responsibilities

Service Provider's Responsibilities

The Service Provider agrees to perform the services with due diligence, professionalism, and quality expected by the Client.

Client's Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide access to the premises and any necessary utilities to facilitate the performance of the cleaning services.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from and against any damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client's negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
