1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide comprehensive cleaning services to the Client at the specified location(s). This includes vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting and wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and disposal of trash and recyclables. Additionally, the Service Provider may provide any other cleaning services as agreed upon between the parties to ensure the Client's satisfaction.

2. Service Schedule

The cleaning services will be performed according to the agreed-upon schedule, which may be adjusted by mutual agreement between the parties. The frequency of cleaning, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, will be determined based on the Client's needs and preferences. The Service Provider will strive to maintain consistency and punctuality in the delivery of services as outlined in the schedule.

3. Payment Terms

In consideration for the services provided, the Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon sum per the specified frequency. Any late payments may incur additional charges or penalties as outlined in the terms of this Agreement.

4. Term and Termination
