IV. Payment Terms

A. Fee Structure

1. Screening Fee

   The total fee for the private screening is $5,000, which includes facility rental, movie screening rights, technical support, and standard amenities.

2. Additional Charges

   Additional charges may apply for catering services, extra equipment, and additional hours. These charges will be outlined in a separate addendum if applicable.

B. Payment Schedule

1. Deposit

   A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due upon signing this Agreement to secure the date and time of the event.

2. Final Payment

   The remaining balance of $4,000 is due 14 days prior to the event date.

C. Cancellation Policy

V. Liability and Insurance

B. Insurance

   The Client is encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for the event, including liability insurance, to cover any potential risks or damages.

2. Proof of Insurance

VI. Confidentiality

   For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" refers to any information disclosed by one party to the other that is not publicly available and is designated as confidential.

2. Obligations

   Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

VII. Termination

A. Termination for Cause

   Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party fails to perform its obligations under this Agreement and does not cure such failure within 14 days after receiving written notice of default.

2. Effect of Termination
