Dear Mr. Reese,
I hope this letter finds you well. It has come to my attention that unauthorized construction or modifications have been carried out at the property located at 987 Dreamland Drive, Apt 77, which you are currently leasing. Specifically, the following changes were observed:
As per the terms of the lease agreement dated March 1, 2052, any alterations, modifications, or construction on the rental property must receive prior written approval from the landlord.
