Free Food Truck Rental Agreement

This Food Truck Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 1st day of June, 2050, by and between [Your Company Name] ("Lessor") and the undersigned ("Lessee"). The parties agree as follows:

1. Rental Details

Lessee acknowledges receipt of the food truck in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, barring normal wear and tear.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1 Use of Food Truck

The Lessee agrees to use the food truck exclusively for the purpose of operating a food service business during the rental period. The Lessee shall adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and health codes governing food service operations.

2.2 Payment Terms

1. Rental Fee: The total rental fee shall be due and payable in advance on or before the start of the rental period. Payments can be made via credit card, check, or electronic funds transfer.

2. Security Deposit: The security deposit shall be refunded to the Lessee within [15] days after the end of the rental period, subject to deductions for any damages, cleaning fees, or unpaid fees.

2.3 Maintenance and Repairs

2.4 Insurance

2.5 Indemnification
