Venue Rental Agreement

III. Terms of Use

IV. Security and Damage Policy
A. Security Measures
The Owner shall provide security staff for the event to ensure proper management of guests and compliance with venue policies.
B. Liability for Damage
The Renter shall be responsible for any damages to the venue caused during the rental period. If damages exceed the security deposit, the Renter agrees to cover the additional repair costs.
V. Insurance Requirements
The Renter must obtain event insurance, including general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000. Proof of insurance must be submitted to the Owner at [Your Company Email] no later than November 10, 2050.
VI. Cancellation Policy
A. Renter-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the initial deposit.
Cancellations made within 29 to 10 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the initial deposit.
Cancellations within 9 days or less will forfeit the full deposit.
B. Owner-Initiated Cancellations
The Owner reserves the right to cancel the rental in case of emergencies or situations beyond control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Renter.
VII. Indemnification
