Prohibition on Smoking, Alcohol, and Illegal Substances: The Studio maintains a strict no-smoking, no-alcohol, and no-illegal-substances policy. Renter agrees to adhere to these rules, ensuring that neither they nor their guests bring any prohibited substances onto the Premises.

Studio Equipment and Property Care: Renter is granted use of specified Studio equipment (e.g., mats, blocks, straps, sound system) provided they adhere to the Studio’s equipment usage policies. Renter agrees to treat all equipment and furnishings with care and is financially responsible for any damages caused by misuse or negligence. Renter shall not remove or tamper with any Studio property without prior permission from the Studio.

5. Insurance and Liability

Insurance Requirements: Renter is advised to obtain liability insurance covering personal injury, property damage, and participant protection for the rental period. The Studio may request a copy of the insurance policy, especially for events with multiple attendees or those of a higher risk nature.

Assumption of Liability: Renter assumes all responsibility and liability for participants, guests, and equipment brought onto the Premises. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Company Name], its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, and damages arising from or related to the rental period.
