VII. Responsibilities of the Tenant

The Tenant is responsible in:

• Maintaining the premises in a clean and sanitary condition.

• Reporting any necessary repairs to the Landlord in a timely manner.

• Complying with all local, state, and federal laws while occupying the premises.

VIII. Responsibilities of the Landlord

The Landlord is responsible in:

• Providing the Tenant with possession of the premises from the start date of the agreement.

• Ensuring that the premises meet safety and health regulations at all times.

• Conducting repairs as reasonably necessary to maintain the premises in a habitable condition.

IX. Termination

Either party may terminate this tenancy by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to the termination date.

X. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the premises are located.
