I. Introduction

This Room Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this day of January 9, 2050, by and between [Your Name], whose principal place of business is located at [Your Company Address], and Kitty Johns, whose address is 789 Maple Drive, Edmonton, Alberta, T5A 0K9. II. Room Rental Terms

1. Rental Period

V. Termination of Agreement

1. Early Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement early by providing 60 days written notice to the other party. In the case of early termination, the Tenant agrees to pay any remaining rent due for the period of notice.

2. Default

If either party defaults on the terms of this Agreement, the other party may terminate the Agreement immediately with written notice. In such cases, the Tenant will be required to vacate the premises within 10 days of receiving the notice.

VI. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.
