We are writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding your attitude and conduct at Houston Marketing. This letter serves as a formal warning regarding your ongoing attitude problem, which is negatively impacting the work environment and productivity within the company.
Specifically, we have received multiple reports from colleagues and supervisors highlighting instances where you displayed disrespectful behavior towards your peers and superiors. This includes frequent episodes of insubordination, disruptive outbursts, and a generally uncooperative attitude.
As an employee, it is essential to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. We expect you to treat your colleagues and superiors with courtesy and to follow all company policies and guidelines.
