The HR Manager will be a key player in talent acquisition, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies and programs.

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The candidate should be able to play a critical role in managing the company’s human assets and setting up HR policies and practices that align with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

  • Nurture a positive working environment and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive

  • People-oriented and results-driven

  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HR systems

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Experience:

A minimum of five years of human resource management experience is preferred.
