Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a case manager or in a similar role.

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of case management principles and healthcare practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Ability to advocate for clients and navigate healthcare services and resources successfully.

  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
