Responsibilities and Duties
Perform daily cleaning activities which include dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
Regularly assess safety conditions and address any hazards or concerns promptly.
Communicate effectively with employees to understand and meet their maintenance-related needs.
Constantly ensure a clean and friendly environment.
Qualifications and Skills
At least 2 years of experience in office maintenance or a related field is required. Proven experience in handling daily cleaning activities and the ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively are also necessary. Good communication skills for interacting with employees and management regarding maintenance issues and potential solutions.
