Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead our finance department. The successful applicant will manage a team of billing specialists, and ensure procedural accuracy and timely invoicing while addressing any potential issues related to billing or revenue collection.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and manage a team of billing specialists.
Ensure all invoicing is done accurately and in a timely manner.
Resolve billing issues and professionally handle customer complaints.
Implement or revise company policies and procedures related to billing.
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue collection.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
To qualify for this position, you must possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a billing manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of billing procedures and revenue collection strategies.
Good understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
Additional Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
