Job Summary

Our company is seeking a talented and motivated Design Manager to join our creative team. The Design Manager will lead our design team in creating innovative and appealing designs that meet our organizational objectives. They will act as the driving force behind all our major design projects and will ensure all work adheres to our brand strategy and meets set deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate and manage the efforts of the design team.

• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of design projects.

• Revise and improve design projects in response to feedback from clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Design Manager or similar role.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Strong understanding of the complete design process.

• Knowledge of graphic design software and image editing tools.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
