Job Summary

The Cashier will be the first point of contact for our customers. Managing all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently will be part of the Cashier's daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers

• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate

• Collect payments whether in cash or credit

• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets

• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role

• Basic PC knowledge

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Customer satisfaction-oriented

• A high school degree or equivalent
