Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and highly strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the company's financial strategy, including long-term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. This role also includes financial reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, risk management, capital and cash flow management. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to ensure accuracy in all financial activities and has strong analytical skills to perform financial analysis and make prudent investment decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Developing and executing the company's financial strategy.

• Financial reporting, including preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.

• Risk management by identifying and mitigating financial risks.

• Capital management, including investment decisions, and fundraising activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior financial managerial position.

• Advanced proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management.

• Deep knowledge of financial laws and regulations.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

Additional Requirements:

CPA or CMA certification preferred. Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in accounting software and management systems.
