Position Summary:

As the CEO, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the company's strategic plan in coherence with the Board of Directors and essential stakeholders. This executive leadership role requires financial acumen, strategic planning, operational excellence, and a dynamic talent development ethos to lead and capacitate an exceptional team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the organization's strategy. Set long-term and short-term priorities and KPIs. Recognize emerging trends and potential market opportunities to guide innovation and foster growth.

  • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure the organization maintains a robust financial position and meets profitability goals. Secure necessary funding and investment for growth and expansion purposes.

  • Operational Excellence: Provide leadership for day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Establish and optimize operational processes, systems, and controls. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

  • Team Leadership: Attract, retain and develop top talent. Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and guidance to all staff members. Promote a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

Minimum of ten years of executive leadership experience. Proven strategic planning and financial management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Demonstrated experience in team development and talent management. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Additional Requirements:

Experience in the healthcare industry is greatly desirable. Familiarity with evolving health tech trends and implications for the business. Track record of successful stakeholder engagement and management.
