Job Title: Delivery Director, Strategic Planning and Implementation

We're currently looking for a seasoned Delivery Director, Strategic Planning and Implementation to join our team. Your driving role will be shaping, defining and implementing delivery strategies in correlation with the company objectives and to maintain a high functioning delivery team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as Delivery Director will include:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing delivery team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Build strategic plans aiming for development, alignment to company objectives and the successful execution of delivery processes.

• Oversee the management and delivery of projects being sure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards while managing risks and resolving any issues that affect release scope, schedule, or quality.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients while ensuring their satisfaction through timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

• Strong leadership abilities and proven experience managing high-performing teams

• Excellent client relationship management skills

• In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and delivery management

• Ability to anticipate changes, troubleshoot and solve problems effectively

Additional Requirements:

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a delivery focused role, with a preference for those having director-level experience. Availability for occasional travel is a requirement.
