Job Title: Development Coordinator
Solace Agency is currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Development Coordinator. This crucial position will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of donor databases, tracking and managing contributions and donor information, and producing reports to boost our fundraising efforts and donor engagement strategies. You will also be assisting in organizing and implementing our fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to secure financial support for our organization's mission.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Our ideal candidate should possess the following:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Experienced use of donor database systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience in financial reporting and fundraising campaigns

Responsibilities and Duties
Your responsibilities and duties will include:
Maintaining and updating donor databases
Tracking contributions and managing donor information

Additional Requirements
Occasional evening and weekend work will be required, particularly during key fundraising activities or events.
