Job Description:

The Operations Associate's responsibilities will touch upon different areas of our operations including inventory management, order processing, supply chain coordination, and data analysis. This role will require a keen eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of operations management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Inventory Management: Your role will involve keeping accurate records of inventory levels, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating necessary replenishment orders. Regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies are a part of the job.

Order Processing: Efficient and timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders is expected. This includes ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped meeting our quality standards.

Supply Chain Coordination: Collaboration with suppliers and logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments will be a daily task. Other duties in this area include tracking shipments, resolving issues, and optimizing our supply chain processes.

Data Analysis: You will be required to collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Creating reports and presenting findings to the Operations Manager is to be done on a regular basis.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proven experience in operational roles, preferably in the financial sector, will be advantageous. Exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in data analysis, and excellent collaborative and communication abilities are sought after.
