Job Title: Accounting Associate
Our organization is seeking for a diligent, focused and inspired Accounting Associate to join our team. In this role, your hawk-like attention to detail and exceptional proficiency in numbers will keep our financial system robust and efficient. We need a self-starter who is skilled well beyond mere data entry with a predisposition to catch errors rather than make them.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Preparing financial statements and reporting.
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Posting and processing journal entries.
Assisting with tax audit and tax returns.
Participating in financial audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, databases and accounting software.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or related field.
