Job Title: Claims Associate
We're seeking a steadfast and focused Claims Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have both the nose for detail and the commitment to ensure the speedy and effective processing of insurance claims.
Responsibilities and Duties
Analyze and process insurance claims.
Examine claim forms, policies/endorsements, and client instructions to determine coverage.
Investigate and adjudicate insurance claims.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding claims.
Organize and maintain claim files in a documented management system.
Provide exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma; A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
1-3 years of related work experience in insurance claim processing.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
Additional Requirements
