Job Title: Front Office Associate

We are seeking a Front Office Associate who will be the first point of contact for our clients, customers, or patients. This person will manage various front-office tasks and continuously work towards ensuring effective and smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain reception area and handle visitors/clients' inquiries in a timely and effective manner

  • Perform administrative tasks like handling mail, answering phone calls, and arranging appointments

  • Data entry and expense management

  • Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies

  • Provide excellent customer service, helping to resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in using office software like MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Research and planning skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

A High School diploma is required, while a degree in business administration or relevant fields is a plus. Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
