Job Title: Executive Officer, Administrative Support
Job Description:
At StellarTech Innovations, we're searching for a proactive and consummate Administrative Support Executive Officer to join us. This individual will implement fundamental administrative operations while handing sensitive data with the utmost discretion and professionalism. They will play a central role in maintaining effective communication between executive management and a variety of stakeholders and will contribute to the realization of important projects and initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties:
Gleaning from their seasoned industry experience, the Executive Officer, Administrative Support will:
Render high-level administrative support to executive management; including scheduling meetings, calendar management, and handling travel arrangements.
Prepare, distribute and handle confidential reports, presentations, and documents.
Act as the primary liaison between the executive management and stakeholders (internal and external).
Handle high-level communication, including drafting/editing of emails, memos, and reports.
Coordinate communication flows within the executive team and across departments.
Assist the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and follow-up of projects.
