Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

• CPA or related certification is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial leadership role.

• Advanced knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).

• Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop operational and strategic performance measures that align with company goals.

• Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports.

• Engage the board of directors around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s).

• Oversee all financial operations and direct company financial planning and structure.
