  • Supporting departments with data protection impact assessments.

  • Coordinating with data protection authorities.

  • Providing advice and instructions on how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).

  • Maintaining comprehensive records of all data processing activities conducted by the company.

  • Engaging with stakeholders to ensure data protection from a policy and contractual perspective.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in law, IT, business administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Data Protection Officer or comparable role.

  • Professional certification in information privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT).

  • Thorough knowledge of national and European data protection laws and practices, and GDPR provisions.

  • Strong understanding of data processing operations information systems, and data security.
