A key role in our Finance Team, the Finance Cashier is tasked with handling all cash and financial transactions within the organization. Responsibilities and Duties:
Keeping accurate records of all cash transactions
Issuing receipts for all transactions
Reconciling cash drawer at the end of each shift
Reporting all financial discrepancies to the Finance Manager
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of a High School diploma, but a degree in a finance-related field would be an advantage.
Great numeracy skills
Ability to spot numerical errors
Superb attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, familiarity with payment systems and financial software would be a distinct advantage.
