Job Title: Finance Compliance Officer
DayneTech is currently seeking a diligent Finance Compliance Officer to oversee and manage our fiscal operations and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring changes in financial laws and regulations, conducting regular internal audits, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and policies.
Responsibilities and Duties
Keep abreast of changes or updates in financial laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure compliance
Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to financial procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions, policies, and compliance measures
Collaborate with various company departments to implement compliance measures effectively
Report directly to upper management with detailed summaries of compliance efforts
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as a Finance Compliance Officer, Auditor or similar role
Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations
Excellent problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
